UTO Cashmere has been well received as a hometown tax return gift from Kitakami City in Iwate Prefecture.

In the fall of 2014, the director of the Kitakami City Commerce and Industry Department suggested to us, "Kitakami City has also started a hometown tax return program, so could you offer cashmere products as a tax return gift?" I received a proposal from the director of the Kitakami City Commerce Department.

Since I was secretly aiming for the hometown tax, I accepted the offer with a simple "yes".
