Craftsmanship Meets Consciousness
"This season, Huntsman has collaborated with UTO to release a capsule collection of four elegant sweaters in crew-neck and high-neck styles,"
says Campbell Carey, Head Cutter and Creative Director at Huntsman.
"The partnership between Huntsman and UTO represents a perfect blend of craftsmanship, sustainability, and luxury. The resulting collection of cashmere sweaters not only reflects the shared values of both brands but also offers unparalleled benefits to the wearer—combining sustainable sourcing and innovative manufacturing to create a product that is unparalleled in its softness, warmth, and longevity."
What Sets UTO Apart
UTO uses only Grade 1 cashmere, the highest quality available, sourced ethically and directly from herders in the Ordos region of Inner Mongolia. Their sustainable approach ensures fair compensation and humane treatment, honoring the land and the communities behind each fiber.
Through proprietary spinning and knitting techniques, UTO minimizes pilling, enhances breathability, and preserves softness over time. Their innovative dyeing process reduces water usage and environmental impact, while delivering deep, lasting color.
A Fusion of Integrity and Elegance
This collaboration is more than a product launch — it is a meeting of philosophies. Both UTO and Huntsman are committed to quality that endures, fashion that respects its origins, and luxury that speaks softly yet powerfully.
From the snowy mountains of Iwate, Japan, to the tailoring rooms of London’s Savile Row, this partnership redefines modern luxury with conscience.
